Itinerary


Day 01: Arrived at Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu

To welcome you at the airport, you will meet our office representative. He will move you to your outing lodging in private transportation. At the hotel, we will hold a little meeting to brief you about the trip. Thereafter, there are no booked plans, so you may utilize the remainder of the time doing whatever you like. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 02: Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul and hike to Ulleri (1970m.|6462ft., 6 - 7 hrs)

Your guide will set up a car or taxi to take you to the bus park after breakfast in Pokhara. He will book a local bus or jeep from Pokhara to the trekking starting place. Follow the schedules and guidelines of your guide. After an hour and a half of driving, we will arrive in Nayapul. From Nayapul, we will follow the Modi river walking on our trail to Ghorepani Poon hill Trekking. We will pass across several villages like Birethanti, Sudame, Hile, and Tikhedhunga before reaching our destination for the day, Ulleri.

Day 03: Trek to Ghorepani from Ulleri (2860m.|9380ft., 4 - 5 hrs)

The wake-up call from the animals and birds makes the start of our first morning in the mountain. We will enjoy our breakfast with the majestic views of the Annapurna Himalayan Ranges. Then, we will embark on our journey across the lush rhododendron forest to Ghorepani.

Day 04: Hike to Poon Hill Viewpoint (3210m.|10530ft.) and then trek to Tadapani (2,600m.|8,528ft.) 7-8 hrs

We will wake up early and start to hike to the Poon Hill vantage point, which offers astonishing views of the mountains with the reflection of the beautiful sunrise. Ghorepani to Poon Hill viewpoint is about 45 minute to 1-hour hike. After relishing the sunrise view, we will move ahead on our trails towards Tadapani. The pathway looks magical in the spring, with beautiful rhododendron flowers of different colors blossoming. Passing through Banthanti, getting a scenic view of mountains from several places, we will arrive at Tadapani.

Day 05: Trek to Jhinu Hot Spring Via Chhomrong (1780m.|5839ft., 5 - 6 hrs)

Tadapani offers the exquisite sunrise and the nearest vistas of Mt. Fishtail, Annapurna South, and Himchuli. After breakfast at Tadapani, we begin our walk following the route that includes beautiful Gurung Village, Ghandruk, and Chhomrong. Strolling along the trail down the hills, we will reach Jhinu Danda. We can spend a couple of hours in the Jhinu hot spring.

Day 06: Short walk from Jhinu Danda and Drive to Pokhara (822m.|2696ft.)

After breakfast at Jhinu Danda, we will have a short walk and then catch the sharing jeep to return to Pokhara. We will conclude our trip by getting to Pokhara. If you like to join extra activities like rafting, kayaking, bungee, etc., or trekking to some other region, you can reach out to us.

Day 07: Drive from Pokhara (820m) to Kathmandu (1400m) (6-7hrs)

Early morning we depart from Pokhara to Kathmandu. The 200 km route follows the Marsyangdi River first and then the Trishuli River while offering a good view of the natural scenery and farmland. The bus will make one last climb, and you will enter Kathmandu Valley.

Later in the day, Friendship World Trek will host a farewell dinner in Kathmandu.

Day 08: Final Departure from Kathmandu

Around 3 hours before your scheduled flight, our office representative will pick you from the hotel and transfer to the airport. From there, you will depart with some of the best experiences of your lifetime in Himalayas.

  • Nepal entry visa: you can obtain a visa easily upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu. (a multiple-entry tourist visa good for 30 days can be obtained by paying US $ 50 or equivalent foreign currency. Similarly, multiple-entry tourist visas for 90 days can be obtained by paying US $ 125. Please bring 2 copies of passport-size photos.)
