Day 01: Darjeeling: The Trip Begins

Once you reach New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (70.3 km)/Bagdogra Airport (65.3 km)/Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (61.9 km), you will be transferred to the hotel. Complete check-in formalities and relax. Enjoy your free time as you wish. Stroll through the aromatic tea estates, take a joy ride in the toy train, explore Mall Road, and feel refreshed with a cup of world’s best tea.

After a day enjoyed as per your desires, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02: Darjeeling Enjoy Local Sightseeing

Greet the morning early today and leave for Tiger Hill as you will be treated to an exceptional sunrise. Tiger Hill offers breathtaking view of Himalayas during sunrise. After a scenic sunrise, move back to your hotel. On the way, visit the most sought after sightseeing attractions such as Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, and War Memorial. Ghoom Monastery is dedicated to Maitreya Buddha, and has some handwritten Buddhist manuscripts. Batasia Loop provides passage to the toy train in a pattern like a loop. At the heart of Batasia Loop, a War Memorial stands that was built to commemorate the Gorkha soldiers, martyred post India’s independence.

After enjoying the sunset and sightseeing, savor your breakfast at the hotel. Now, get ready for a day of visiting various tourists’ attractions of Darjeeling. First on the list is Peace Pagoda, built with the purpose to unite people for world peace. Enjoy a cable car ride with panoramic Himalayan scenery. Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tensing and Gumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center, and Natural History Museum are other attractions to be explored today.

Day 03: Darjeeling: A Day trip to Mirik

Kick start your day with a wholesome breakfast and get ready to explore Mirik – a small and scenic town in Darjeeling. Spend some relaxing time at Sumendu Lake. Go boating and canoeing there. You can also enjoy horse riding in the surroundings. Mirik also provides superb trekking opportunities to keen trekkers. Indulge in pure beauty of nature that is enhanced with cardamom groves and orange orchards.

Later, set on a return journey towards your hotel. En route, visit Pashupati Market and buy goodies from Thailand. On reaching the hotel, enjoy a cozy sleep.

Day 04: Darjeeling: The Tour Concludes

Munch some breakfast and then leave for Siliguri / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (70 km) / Bagdogra Airport (69 km) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand (62 km). On reaching, leave for your onward journey.
