Itinerary
After having breakfast, drive to Zingchen and walk towards Rumbak through a straight forward road. Leaving Zingchen village, you’ll enter the Hemis national park – habitat of Snow leopard and mountain ungulates etc. Walk through a narrow trail and the valley will widen as you arrive at Rumbak village. Overnight in Camp.
After breakfast your day will begin with a trek to Yurutse to Gandala Base. Overnight in Camp
From Gandala you’ll follow the path along mountains, and then cross a small valley to a zig zag steep path. Thereafter crossing the Ganda La pass (4980m), you’ll be walking for about two hours of descending walk and then you’ll reach the beautiful valley of Markha. A few hundred meters ahead is the Kaya village, where you camp.
After having breakfast, you’ll walk towards Chilling across the Zanskar River and from there, you’ll be driven back to Leh. You’ll reach Leh by the evening.
Early morning on time departure transfer to Leh airport to catch onward destination.

Zingchen to Chilling is the most popular trekking route. Though the journey doesn’t not last for more than 4 days. We have both option of Homestay and camping with this package. Main focus of this trek are Wildlife, People, Homestay, Monasteries and Landscape
It is an overall moderate trek, Which starts by walking towards Zingchen gorge.After leaving Zingchen village you enter Hemis National Park, habitat of Snow leopard and some mountain ungulates. Walking towards Kaya from Yurutse, you can come crossing Ganda la pass 4980 m which is th highest point of this trek. After walking for 2 hrs reach beautiful village of markha. From Kaya you’ll walk towards Chilling across the Zanskar river. Chilling is the only village in Leh ladakh which provide metal work such as copper, iron, tin and bronze to the leh market from centuries. On reach at Chilling our transpotation will do pickup and drive back to leh.
